Refund policy

We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Should there be an item you'd like to switch for something of equivalent monetary value, please contact us immediately before your order is shipped out. Once your order has been shipped, no items may be switched out.

If your order is damaged and/or incorrect:
If your order happens to have a damaged item, or we've accidentally provided you with an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we may understand the situation, and correct the issue.

Should you prefer to have your order refunded in the situation where you have received a damaged or incorrect item(s), you will need to ship the item(s) back to us for inspection. If your item has been deemed approved for refund then, a refund will then be issued immediately back to you by your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take time for your payment company to process and update your statements.
