Shipping
How long does it take? It depends on where you're shipping to! For Canadian orders, it averages between 1-2 weeks; United States orders are between 1-3 weeks; International orders are between 4-6 weeks.
Shipments can experience delays dependent on the time of year, as well as your country's customs or if they're having shipping issues, too. Please be patient!
Does my order have tracking? Most order types do (it's why our shipping fees are expensive... )! Any orders containing Buttons, Card decks, Enamel pins, Charms, Wallets, or Standees will have tracking included! Unfortunately Prints, Bookmarks, or any Sticker type products will not have tracking if your order doesn't have a heftier item in it.
Refunds or Exchanges? We're sorry, but we do not accept these - especially if your order's already been shipped out to you! If you want to switch an item with something else of equal value before we ship your order to you though, we can do that!
Damaged, Wrong Address, or Missing order? Please reach out to us by email at chungsoniacc@gmail.com! If it happens to be damaged, we'll need you to ship it back to us for an appraisal before we can approve of either a refund or a new item being shipped out to you.
If it's a wrong address done by us, our bad - we'll ship you out a new one, on us! If it's a wrong address done by you, we'll have to send you a new invoice for additional shipping, based on your shipping rate.
If your order's missing after we already shipped it out to you, please try contacting your address' responsible shipping carrier. They should be able to help you reach a resolution (faster than us, too), but please reach out to us if they can't help you further, and we'll attempt on our end!
What Shipping Service do we use? Most of our orders are handled with either Stallion Express, or Chit Chats! Orders handled by these two services do come with Tracking! The only orders that we use Canada Post for are for Canadian-only orders that only have Prints, Bookmarks, or Stickers in them; they don't provide Tracking, unfortunately.
Where are we shipping from? We're based in Ontario, Canada - it's why our shipping fees are so high.
Taxes
Customs and Import Taxes? Buyers (meaning, you) are responsible for any and all customs and import taxes that may apply for your order. We're not responsible for any delays that might occur due to customs, either.
Other
How long does it take for my order to be fulfilled? Please give us 2 - 5 business days to process your order. We'll contact you once your order's been shipped out!
Do you take commissions? We're really sorry, but we don't!
Will my enamel pins come with backing cards? Not to worry, they do! For orders with less than 4 pins, your enamel pins will come automatically attached to their backing cards. Orders over 4 pins will have them come separately.
What size are your buttons? 1.5-inch, with pin-backs!
Can I have a gift note included? For sure! Please write it in the Notes section of your order, with your full message written exactly how you want it, and we'll include it in your order instead of our usual thank you note :)
